Our Commitment
At SCENTIQ, we take pride in our fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the product or offer a full refund once the issue is verified.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
