Returns & Refunds
At scentiq, we take pride in the quality of every fragrance we deliver. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- the item arrives damaged
- the incorrect item was received
- the product is unused and in its original packaging
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for:
- damaged items
- defective products
- incorrect orders
We do not offer exchanges based on personal fragrance preference or change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
