Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking information where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
scentiq is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- courier disruptions
- weather conditions
- public holidays
- high shipping volumes
- circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience during these situations.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the package (if damaged)
- any relevant delivery information
