SCENTIQ ships nationwide across South Africa. We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. During high-demand periods or promotional launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent, with no hidden fees.

Packaging

Your SCENTIQ fragrance will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use protective materials and discreet packaging for security and privacy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your fragrance.
